Can that cause scheduled bots running weird trigger times again? My bots are not firing on correct timeschedules today.. latest issue post

Do you see this kind of error for all apps, or only specific ones / this one? Are you the owner or a coauthor of this one?

The monitoring app seems to be working when I view apps that I own. I do see some shared apps in the list that present this kind of error if I select those. These are apps where I only have read-only access to the editor. I think visibility of audit/performance/automation logs may be reserved for owners and coauthors only. It’s probably a mistake if read-only apps show up in the list to begin with.

I don’t think this access denied error would affect scheduled bots. The current rate of scheduled runs looks normal, so I don’t believe there’s any systemic outage happening like was the case in that other post.

Is it only me experiencing the Automation Monitor completely empty with no errors when going to a previous date or custom date ranges using “Settings”…

Just empty for all my apps if I search back prior to today……..

I seem to be able to see the previous dates’ bots in the automation monitor with custom setting.

@Shourya_Tomar They have replied on email they are looking into it, but extra pushes always help. I gave them access to app and screenshots of issues.

@Jose_Arteaga Hi, it’s me again. Once again asking for something from team. Some sort of email or response. Priority Support on Enterprise is looking like false advertising right now.

If it wasn’t for your efforts @Jose_Arteaga , I think I would have given up, I really love this platform and it kind of makes me sad to beg for help. At least it keeps me humble… :weary_face:

For more logs, you can use the User Settings. It even allows a custom date range

@SkrOYC :blush: Thanks, yes the custom settings set in enterprise app are only always showing the bots of the end date, last 7, 14, 30 or custom days never work. Always only shows bots of last day in settings.

For example, If I set 1st April to 28th April, I see only 28th Bots, if i set last 7, 14, 30 days, it shows only today’s…

They are investigating for ticket for 30 days now, confirmed they can see the issue in clients specific app and never responded again…
