Hi all,
I’m experiencing an issue with my AppSheet account. When I check the Audit Logs for the apps currently used by my team, no audit entries appear after 11th November. The apps are still functioning normally, and data is being captured and stored in the database, but nothing shows up in the Audit Log after that date.
Is anyone else facing the same issue? @lizlynch please look into this? We rely on audit history for tracking various cases, so this issue is impacting our workflow.
Even Automation Monitor acts weirdly. It only shows Today’s data for all the Last Options. and it shows data of the day you are using as End Date in Custom. Not showing previous days.
Same here - nothing since 11.11
My app is also behaving much slower than normal (3-5x longer for Edits and Syncs)
Maybe this was something I did, but I can’t check the performance analyzer to know the cause
We have also experienced one of our APPs running much slower to sync since 11/12 which coincides with the Audit/Performance logs being empty since same date.
I can now see logs for today (looks like a reset, don’t see any other day)
As per the high sync times I mentioned earlier, is anybody else seeing an abnormal increase in Data type conversion time? It seems to be the biggest contributor by far and I’ve never seen it play a role before
I m just pondering why your and your teams response is super slow all the time even after the events which could be leading to the outage of the platforms. Bunch of the users are reporting he same problems, but no reaction from the Google team.
This is almost de-fact or fact, that s why nobody in this community trust Google and this service, as too many bugs and outages are reported, but none of them are rectified.
What and how your management is thinking about this critical situation?
None?
Then, it is a sign the fantastic platform which is not generated by Google (just bought) is going to be killed by Google again………….
All the users are feeling about this risk all the days, but none of your management never get involved, that is also adding the more risk to the users, giving us the feelings that the bought product (AppSheet, in lue of killing App Maker) is not being handled properly as the proficient developers never exist in Google team, as it is still the third party products.
