Missing Audit/Performance Logs + Intermittent Empty API Responses Since Yesterday

Hi everyone,

Since yesterday afternoon, we’ve been seeing some strange behavior across two different AppSheet accounts (with three developers actively working in them):

  1. Audit & Performance logs are not updating

    • We can’t see any recent audit logs or performance analyzer entries for any of our apps in either account.

    • I even created a brand new app from scratch yesterday, did a lot of CRUD operations during development, and not a single log entry is visible in Audit History or Performance Analyzer.

    • The Automation Monitor is working fine and shows executions as expected.

  2. Intermittent empty API responses

    • Sometimes when we call the AppSheet API, the request returns HTTP 200 OK, but:

      • The changes are not actually applied, and/or

      • A Find request to retrieve records returns an empty result set, even though:

        • There are definitely records in the table, and

        • There are no security filters configured that would hide them.

This is happening across multiple apps and both accounts, so it doesn’t look like an app-specific configuration issue on our side.

Questions:

  • Is anyone else currently experiencing missing recent audit/performance logs?

  • Has anyone seen intermittent empty API responses with 200 OK like this?

  • I already contacted support, and they will get back to me within 24 hours.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

same here.. not all apps. but some

I’ve been experiencing this across multiple apps in production and prototypes. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s all my apps. The most recent operation in the audit/performance logs was around 11/11/2025 18:58 UTC.

I also reached out to AppSheet support chat and they had to convert it to an email to further investigate the issue.

Thank you both for your replies. At least now I know I am not the only one experiencing the issue. My logs stopped showing around the same time as yours 11/11/2025 19:02 UTC.

We see no data at all for any of our APPs, success or failure activity, in the Audit Log since 11/12 00:00.

I’m seeing it too on a client’s app and one of our own. Support ticket ID for client app is
4-4719000040104
and I haven’t logegd a ticket for my own.

I’m alos seeing 405 errors when I try to access the API URL for a webhook I’m making: is this related?

@Jose_Arteaga Just to add in something that might be related:

I’ve been receiving these since yesterday off and on for Google Script tasks in automation.

Same here. We have been facing the same issue.
No Audit logs available after 11th Nov.

Seeing the same on my apps

Hi

We are also experiencing multiple users reporting that their APP is syncing extremely slow the last couple days. This is especially iPhone APP users. Is this empty audit log related to that? We are unable to view the log to see how many errors or performance issues are being experienced. Should we report this to APP Sheet/Google too?

Yes.

Thanks Steve we’ve reported this earlier and advised the issue started Wednesday afternoon but they sent tips on how to improve performance overall. We’re checking other possibilities now

It sounds that the audit logs have stopped showing up from 12th November (11/12/2025) onwards. The following is a test app that I am testing and the testing is hampered in the absence of audit logs.

Audit logs is really a major tool in app debugging. The absence of audit logs may be termed and treated as category A defect. Will request AppSheet team to accord highest priority to the issue. If there is some issue in running apps in production environments, the absence of major tool for debugging, substantially cripples the debugging effort.

@Jose_Arteaga : May we know your latest update on this major issue>

@Jose_Arteaga @Shourya_Tomar @Aleksi : Request your priority help in this regard.
