AppSheet Core Plan Support Request

Hello community,

I, too, recently purchased the AppSheet Core plan specifically to get access to Google’s direct technical support. However, I am also unable to find any contact options.

When I visit the support page , there is no button or link to open a ticket, send an email, or start a chat. It just redirects me back to the exact same page in an endless loop. I can only find a Feedback section.

How can I actually reach the technical support team as a paid Core plan user?

I’ve seen that in some cases the local system keeps cookies and other stuff that prevent our beloved users to reach out the support page. Please go ahead and try the link below directly and let me know if it works:

Thanks @Jose_Arteaga. I checked on 3 different browsers on 2 different machines. I can reach the Support page. That is not an issue. There is not an option for me to contact support or submit a ticket for support on my project.
