I recently purchased the AppSheet Core plan specifically to get access to Google’s direct technical support. However, I am unable to find any contact options.
When I visit the support page ( AppSheet Help ), there is no button or link to open a ticket, send an email, or start a chat. It just redirects me back to the exact same page in an endless loop.
Has anyone else experienced this? How can I actually reach the technical support team as a paid Core plan user?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It’s fixed, but I need to contact support because I’ve been experiencing an error for about two months and they haven’t resolved it. I encourage you to look into the problem and share it with the people at Google So that they can provide a solution
I am also in an infinite redirect loop, ive tried new browsers, clearing cache, and even on a mobiledevice, but i’m stuck in this loop. just trying to onboard my domain. would appreciate some help! its when i am trying to visit the admin dashboard. i have a subcriion, and the payments center says its active. but i cannot open a support case.
Closing the loop on this one, I managed to escalate with another team responsible for this application and they have reached out to @Dustin88 to get the issue resolved.
It sounds like there was, in fact, a problem with the docs site or Support itself that prevented at least some paid customers from accessing Support, and the responsible team made a fix to allow at least the original poster to gain access. Thanks, @Jose_Arteaga!
