How to contact Appsheet Support these days

I used to have no problem contacting appsheet support, but now it pushes me towards Google Workspace Support, which tells me Appsheet is a Google product, but it can’t offer any support for it, and it tells me to go back to dedicated appsheet support, but that pushes me back to Workspace?

Welcome to the AppSheet Community! I do apologize for the inconvenience. First of all it is important to mention that AppSheet support is not available for free accounts.

If you have a license then please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Appsheet help

  2. Scroll down to the bottom, you will find a box with the following text

    Need more help?

    Try these next steps:

    Contact us
    Tell us more and we’ll help you get there

  3. At this point you will be redirected to a three steps process in which users will possibly find answers to the query they have. Click Next

  4. Click Next Step

  5. Specify your preferred language and either click on Chat or e-mail

@Jose_Arteaga like I wrote, it doesn’t work. I have been an appsheet user since long before it was owned by Google. I have 300 appsheet licences,a nd these days I can’t contact support. Like i wrote, it pushes me back to Google Workspace, and the bot there tells me it can’t help with appsheet.

The old support email addresses just return automated replies saying they are no longer monitored.

One would think/expect that Appsheet support should be easily accessible from the Appsheet admin console itself, but guess what, that just puts me back in the Workspace infinte loop also.

I have escalated this to the support team and I will add @Aurelien’s details as soon as I get them.

We are having the same kind of problem not able to contact support team of appsheet its redirecting us towards the google workspace and google workspace is saying appsheet is different product we are not able get the details from there platform.

Update to this thread: I eventually succeeded into getting in touch with Support.

“Patience” and “Stable mind” are my best tools for that :sweat_smile:
I just hope things will revert back to allow any AppSheet app creator to get in touch directly with Support!

Today, August 20, 2026, it seems that the issue is still occurring. It continues to redirect me to Google Workspace. Is there another way to contact the AppSheet Support Team?

AppSheet Support redirects you to Google Workspace Support when using the main Workspace account. However, when using a child account under the main account, AppSheet Support appears to work properly.

That said, this issue should still be properly addressed and resolved. Using a child account is only a workaround. There should be a proper solution that allows AppSheet Support to also be accessed directly through the main Workspace account, as intended.
