Appsheet app is blocked though we are actually testing it

Hi,

Though we are testing this app with 5 users, its marked as plan update is needed. Not really sure about the reason. Can anyone please help me in unblocking. we are still exploring, and trying to figureout if this actually solves our needs. Please help!
