Blocked from AppSheet with “You need access”

Hi everyone,

Today I suddenly lost access to AppSheet. When I sign in, I only see this message:

You need access
You have been blocked from using AppSheet. If you believe this is a mistake please contact support.

This appears on every browser and device, and for all my apps (both the editor and the app users). It looks like an account-level block rather than an app permission issue.

I’ve been using this app for almost three years, and this is the first time this has happened.

What should I do?

They don’t have one. You have to use support.google.com.

If solved, it take how long to resolve?

It was a temporary issue.
After logging out of my Google account and logging back in, it was resolved.

I just Tested. It still occur. Same Error msg.

Are you able to login now?

I try after 3 hrs still same.

If this does not resolve the issue, we may need to contact the support that Steve mentioned above.

I guest it has something to do with the Cache regarding the Credentials for Auth, which is cleared after logout and login again.

I use guess account to access also same blocked.
Want to cry already. Already more than 10 hrs cannot access, users keep pressure on me.

Really feel stressful now.

This is my case number

Its really make me very stressful, because system have down more than 16 hrs without email notice.

Thanks for the update. It has been more than 24 hours, and my users are still waiting.

I would like to urgently follow up, as my AppSheet account has now been blocked for more than 40 hours, and my users are still unable to access the app.

This situation is causing significant pressure on my end, as multiple client operations are currently stalled. I sincerely hope this can be reviewed with higher priority.

I believe the block may have been triggered by mistake. If there was any security or automation policy issue on my side, please kindly let me know so I can address it immediately.

Could the team please provide an update or an estimated resolution time?
