My project cannot access Anthropic Claude models on Vertex AI. All quotas are
“0 to 0” and the console says “you are not eligible for a quota increase at this
time”, so the self-service quota request is auto-rejected.
Please help with a manual model-access / eligibility review.

aiplatform.googleapis.com/global_online_prediction_requests_per_base_model
with base model: anthropic-claude-opus” - Use case: personal/analytics use via Claude Desktop and API
Could a Googler please route this to the Vertex AI model-access team for a
manual review? Thank you.
