[Alert] failed to execute and has been deactivated

I am currently subscribed to Looker Studio Pro. No matter what report I’m in whenever I try to create an alert, I always get this message in the email.

“An alert that you own with the name (report name) failed to execute on (time stamp) and has been deactivated. Visit the (report name) to see the current state of the alert and modify as necessary.”

Even a simple logic condition of >1, it still produces this error. The error does not specify anything that I should be looking at. Is this affected by any Google related settings?

HI @movetocheck

I too am having the exact same problem. I have set up a very simple alert and no errors were reported. Then at the designated time I get an email saying it failed and the alert has been deactivated.

Hopefully, someone out there can point us in the right direction and help fix this issue.
