I have created multiple chart alerts, on a variety of data sources and reports. I have confirmed in BigQuery that the alert queries are executing and they should be triggering. They quit working on November 29th and we have not received a single alert email since then.
I have disabled the alerts, deleted the alerts, created new one, etc. I have also worked with our Workspace Admin to ensure that there were no configuration changes. I also verified our Pro Licenses are still active.
Finally, I have confirmed the emails are not being sent to SPAM as we are still receiving the scheduled report emails.
I’ve even reviewed the logs in depth, however there is nothing in the logs related to an alert email being sent out.
What is going on with chart alert emails that they no longer work? Is anyone else having issues with chart alerts?
