Account 2MFA is linked to cell phone of person who is no longer with us. There is no way to get in touch with this person. Subscription has been cancelled because we are unable update payment. There is no equipment that we can use to login as an admin. I can show government documents showing proof of executive management. Please help!! We have lots of important docs in the account.

Hi It is regarding google product but I cannot even submit a ticket because it requires me to login. Any idea how i can submit help or post to community without any ability to access the account? Thank you!
Please consider posting your concern in the Workspace Admin Community so the team there can try to guide you through the login issue. I would also recommend reaching out to your Google account manager for support as well.
