Why did my Claude 3.5 request quota suddenly become 0

The previous request quota should be 50.

The account is linked to a credit card and has a certain amount of pre-paid funds.

But it turned to be 0 yesterday.

Without any notice,Why is the quota suddenly unavailable?

We have applied for a quota limit increase, from 0 to 1000, but haven’t received any response so far.

Also, the system is suddenly experiencing an error, and we don’t know the specific reason for it.

Does anyone know the reason?

The sudden anomaly, without any notification, has had a very negative impact on the product.

There is no way to increase quota that is greater than zero. Paid account, linking a credit card, and prepaid amounts are all useless. The message under “EDIT” in “Quotas & System Limits” suggests contacting the Sales Team, but they do not respond.

We’ve applied for a higher quota for Claude, but it’s still pending.

We were previously able to use this API without any issues, but it suddenly stopped working. Did you receive any emails or other notifications about changes or updates to the API beforehand?

Was your quote increse request approved?
