Who does the NRQZ send the coordination numbers to?

I am working with NRQZ on deploying CBRS in the Quiet zone. The NRQZ does not know where to send the coordination’s to have them loaded in the SAS. Any help would be appreciated

Where Should NRQZ Submit Coordination Results?

Each SAS Administrator (e.g., Google, Federated Wireless, CommScope, Amdocs, Sony, etc.) has a specific process for handling NRQZ coordination. However, NRQZ coordination typically happens before the SAS grants CBRS spectrum use in that area.

To ensure coordination results are properly received and processed:

  1. Determine which SAS administrator you are using
    (e.g., Google SAS, Federated Wireless, etc.)

  2. Send the coordination letter/report to that SAS administrator directly.

    Here are contact methods for major SAS providers:

    For Google SAS:

    • Email: spectrum-coordination@google.com

    • Include:

      • Subject: “NRQZ Coordination for CBRS Deployment – [Site Name or Call Sign]”

      • NRQZ coordination documentation/report

      • CBSD details (location, frequency, antenna height, etc.)

      • Your contact information

    For Federated Wireless:

    • Email: sas-coordination@federatedwireless.com

    For CommScope SAS:

    • Contact your CommScope support rep or SAS POC

    For other SAS Admins:

    • Refer to the contact information on their SAS coordination portals or support documentation.

Important Notes:

  • The SAS provider uses the NRQZ coordination to determine grant eligibility for CBSDs in or near the Quiet Zone.

  • Coordination documentation may be required to unlock SAS grants if they were previously denied or pending due to proximity to the Quiet Zone.

  • The FCC rules require this coordination under Part 96 for certain areas, especially in and near Green Bank, WV, and Sugar Grove, WV.
