Firstly I suggest to change the topic of that post into “Question”.
Probably it means that the user haven’t responded yet I guess - didn’t open invitation message and download the app? In my organisation I often notice that too, even though user has already opened the app but by means of the action button in another app - LINKTOAPP( ). Frankly speaking I do not know what is the reason of that.

Thanks for your reply.
After some tries, I found that if the app requires user signin, and in case of using a free plan, “no response” will not disappear after the invited user opened the app.
