Use status shows "no response"

Hi
I’ve created a few users for accessing my app. One of the user being myself, the status of which i.e my own user account/email (which is same as that of appsheet account email) shows no response as per the following snapshot, while I’m still using the app using this email

Though it might just be a cosmetic issue but still a bothering one. Any suggestion to resolve this, pls?

This is only an appearance thing really, there’s no functionality that will be affected.

To resolve I would email support@appsheet.com about this.
