I have created a simple google looker, when I share it, the viewers are unable to export to CSV. If I give the users admin rights then they can export (however I don’t want to do this as they can then access the data set).
I have changed the share settings - this is i have unticked Disable downloading and printing for viewers; This setting may be overwritten by policies set by your Workspace Admin. Any help would be great

In Looker Studio, the ability for viewers to export depends on both the report’s sharing settings and any restrictions applied at the Google Workspace admin level. Since you’ve already unticked “Disable downloading and printing for viewers,” check with your Workspace admin to confirm there’s no Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Drive policy blocking downloads. In the Admin console, this is under Apps > Google Workspace > Drive and Docs > Sharing settings where export permissions can be restricted. If those policies allow downloads, viewers should be able to export without needing admin or edit rights.
