I’m a long-term user of Google services and have been relying heavily on AppSheet to support key business operations. However, I am writing to report ongoing and highly disruptive issues with database connectivity and synchronization that have been occurring since early 2025.
These issues appear suddenly—without prior notifications about system maintenance or outages—and leave both users and developers in the dark. We’ve experienced unexpected server crashes, sync failures, and intermittent connection losses, all of which severely impact our business continuity.
This situation is not just inconvenient—it’s damaging our workflow, increasing downtime, and eroding trust in the AppSheet platform.
We urgently request the following:

Immediate investigation and resolution of the connectivity and sync issues.

Transparent and timely communication about known outages, maintenance windows, or critical updates.

A dedicated status page or notification system to keep users informed in real time.
We depend on AppSheet to operate efficiently, and we expect a level of stability and transparency consistent with Google’s standards. Please take prompt action and keep us informed of your progress.
