My name is [Seyfullah Korkmaz], and I am experiencing a critical issue with my Google Cloud account. I am unable to resolve ongoing billing and payment problems despite multiple attempts. Below are the details:

  1. Issue Description:

    • My account shows an outstanding balance of ₺[Current Balance], which continues to increase daily.
    • I have attempted to make payments using various methods, but all payments are declined. I have also tried adding new payment methods without success.
  2. Impact:

    • Despite deleting projects and attempting to stop all Google Cloud services, the billing charges continue to rise.
    • This situation is causing financial and operational concerns, as I am unable to manage or stop the active charges.
  3. Actions I Have Taken:

    • I have attempted to delete all projects in my account.
    • Multiple payment methods have been tried, but all payments were declined.
    • I have contacted my bank, and there are no issues on their end.
  4. Request:

    • Please assist me in stopping all active charges immediately.
    • I request a detailed explanation of the ongoing charges and guidance on resolving this matter.
    • If possible, I would like to freeze the account balance while this issue is being resolved.

Can you try again with your payment transaction using a different web browser for your payment setup and steps. You can also refer to this page for payment types that do not work.

If the issue still persists, you can contact Billing Support for faster help to check your Billing Account if you own the GCP Billing Account where charges are appearing. If you do not own a Google Cloud account or the charges are not associated with your Google Cloud Account, you can file a ticket with the specialist team to inquire. Please remember also to not provide any identifying information or sensitive financial information like credit card numbers.
