Hi @bamalover44 , sorry that you’re having issues with Cloud Billing. Have you reached out to Google Cloud Billing Support to have a team member looking into the unauthorized payment? They would be best equipped to help resolve Cloud Billing issues.

  • A form of payment which you own has been charged by Google Cloud> > - You do not own a Google Cloud Account OR the charges are not associated with your Google Cloud Account. (If you own the GCP Billing Account, you should contact Billing Support for faster help)> > - You do not know the owner of the account using your form of payment, OR the account owner is unreachable. (If you know the owner of the account, reach out to them for assistance).> > - You are not using a Workforce Identity Federation identity to communicate with us.
