URGENT: Partner Application Stuck 60+ Days (Support Portal Gives 404 Error)

Hello Community Managers,

I desperately need an internal escalation. My company applied for the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program back in February (over 60 days ago) under the email: mik@kinesisautomation.com.

Our application is completely stuck on the “Awaiting Verification” screen.

We cannot use the standard Partner Support channels to fix this because the specific enrollment support link (support.google.com/cloud/contact/partner_enrollment_issues) returns a 404 Error for our account, leaving us completely locked out of requesting help. Furthermore, Cloud Billing chat support is locked for us because we are on a Free Trial.

We recently resolved an indexing issue with our business domain, and our website (kinesisautomation.com) is now fully live, established, and ranking on Google Search.

Could a Community Manager please escalate this internally to the Partner Onboarding and Vetting team so they can re-review our active domain and resume our verification process? I have screenshots of the 404 error and the stuck verification screen ready if needed.
