When I send the event purchase-complete and shopping-cart-page-view with product_id, I receive the error UNJOINED_WITH_CATALOG userEvent_productDetails_product_id. when thisi dproduct exists in the catalog.
The problem is that it is saying that I am sending product identifiers that do not exist, when in fact they do.
Examples
The id product 1961v4916 is ok in catalog
I dónt know what happen.

After investigating it, the problem was mine. The merchant center catalog is not being updated and that is why there is unjoined events
