Got "The predict request has 1 product(s) that are not in the catalog" error but the product exists

I am getting this warning:

The predict request has 1 product(s) that are not in the catalog. This will result in degraded model performance. List of missing product IDs: [377 778] #(Due to receiving "The message body contains 777" error, I added a space to the product's ID)

When I look at the Logs Explorer, I see this error happening frequently (and on other products as well). However, the product mentioned is available in the catalog in retail panel.
