Unable to delete project and organization - no permissions

Hi, I have two issues with my Google Cloud account:

Issue 1: Cannot delete project

Project (PII Removed by Staff*)* appears in my project list, but it belongs to organization (PII Removed by Staff) which I have no access to. I cannot delete, modify, or even view IAM policies for this project. It seems to have been auto-created by a Google service.

Issue 2: Cannot delete organization

Organization (PII Removed by Staff) - I have the Organization Administrator role but lack the Organization Owner role needed to delete it. The Organization Owner role cannot be manually granted via IAM.

Could someone from Google help me remove these unused resources? Thank you.

Hi, just following up on this. It’s been about 5 days since my PII was removed by staff, but the original issues remain unresolved. Could someone please take a look when you get a chance? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
