I created a Looker Studio report and need to transfer ownership to our client. My client owns the data source, but I added it to Looker Studio with my email credentials. However, it seems that transferring it to a user with a different email domain will cause issues.
What is the best way to navigate this? Since there is only one owner seat, would it be best to transfer ownership to the super admin of the client’s GA4/GTM account?
My goal:
- Ensure the client has access to the report.
- Make sure the data source remains functional.
