We have Looker Studio GA4 dashboard. The person who has owner access in not available now, and he left, and no other person has owner access.
Is there a way to manage owner access?
which team handling that kind of request?

You can find details about how to transfer ownership on the Transfer ownership documentation page. You can have your Google Workspace & Cloud Identity admin transfer the ownership of the Looker Studio reports and data sources to another user.
