This morning our thumbnails are not showing up when we create a PDF. We are using a Bot and a Template that we have used for almost a year now without issue, Images populate as hyperlink thumbnails and files populate as blue links usually. As of this morning some of our images are populating as blue links. It seems if we redo the image upload, sometimes it will populate as thumbnails and sometimes it comes in as links still, there is no seeming pattern. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks!

This is what we are seeing. Our logo is also not populating. It is usually in the center of this PDF. Thanks,

We have same issue to,but today seem problem solved.
The issue has been reported to the engineers, but we haven’t had any update since yesterday.
