Google docs Attachment Template without images - not showing on export PDF

Community please help solving this issue:

1. I have the next google doc template in google drive, with a logo (image):

2. But on the exported file there is not image

How to fix it?

• It was working until yesterday (04 march 2025)
• looking for solve this, recently today, but there is not clearly information or documentation

Same issue with my apps; it affects HTML templates and document templates as well. Everything worked fine yesterday. I don’t know what happened

Same here! All was fine until mid-morning (EST) and all the image files became clickable URLs. The links accurately opened the image in a new broswer tab, but the PDFs were not displaying them. Staying tuned for an update!

I spoke with support, and they told me that it is a general issue and that they are already working on it. They will keep us updated.
