The body of the Email does not respect format

Hello community, I have a question, I have a workflow that sends an email based on a Google Docs template, I have not made changes to it.

A month ago the body of the email was displayed like this:

Now it looks like this:

As if the format (bold and color) were not respected

Does it only happen to me? And if so, any suggestions?

Just because of new PDF engine, better to report to support@appsheet.com
CSS (for styling) is ignored or not respected to convert.
