I have clients advising of distorted formatting on email templates they’ve been using for months. When I pull up the template, its still intact. I tested the emails locally and use a gmail account with Google Chrome. I don’t see the issue on this side.
They use Microsoft accounts there. Is there an issue due to the new PDF writer that’s been reported?
