yep
Errors being thrown are inconsistent. Sometimes I’m getting
Error: Timed out waiting for a resource.
Hello @GB and @Kevin_Kelley,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you help me with a screenshot of the error?
In the mean time, I will investigate on the same and I will get back to you.
Yes, same here
Can’t load the editor.
Same for me. The editor doesn’t load for me, nor the apps (keep syncing and errors), and the calls made to the apps also fail. ![]()
Same for me, not loading anything
Same here, from Texas…
Update: I have escalated the issue and it is under investigation. I will keep you posted.
Same here, none of my AppSheet apps are syncing at the moment. The synchronization process is failing.
Is it gonna come back? my users kinda need it ASAP!
Apps syncing for me again. API and editor are working as well. Texas.
It has come back to life ![]()
yes it came back . whoa!
I’ glad to say everything is back to normal at this point. The engineering team explained that we experienced a temporary capacity constraint on one of our regional cloud servers. This caused some performance slowdowns for users launching apps in certain locations, as well as occasional lag within the AppSheet Editor. Our engineering team jumped on this immediately.
To resolve the bottleneck, we have successfully rerouted our application traffic to other servers. Performance has fully stabilized, and your apps and editors should now be running smoothly at normal speeds.
Thank you so much for your patience while we optimized the system!
Thank you Jose!!
