I didn’t even reply once, for rewards but these types of stickers and magnets are highly disappointing. We deserve atleast normal bag for champion and trooper tiers. kindly check all these replies and take proper action. @Yugali
@Yugali It is deeply disappointing and frustrating that, despite repeated concerns raised by so many participants, no replacement or upgrade to the swags has been made. This clearly shows that our feedback has been completely ignored.
The same swags—especially the puzzle—have been included across the Ranger, Champion, and Legend tiers, which is unacceptable for a top, high-effort tier like Legend (while such items might be suitable for the Trooper tier). This feels even more insulting considering that the points required this time are significantly higher and much harder to reach compared to previous editions.
What makes this situation worse is that the older Trooper and Novice swags were far better in quality. They included useful items like good-quality bags and shirts, whereas the current Legend tier swags are a clear downgrade. As tech students, we expected something more relevant and practical. At the very least, these could have been replaced with meaningful tech-related items such as an emoji clock or a thermal printer.
Overall, the effort required does not match the value of the swags, and the continued silence on our feedback makes us feel ignored and undervalued.
@Yugali@akshitj Disappointment has reached its peak. It feels like the Arcade team is intentionally and purposely frustrating people and demotivating them from participating in the Arcade again.
The swags this time are super cheap, not useful, and totally worthless. The Arcade has lost its charm and gem. And the reason behind this is a very senseless creative team. I’m sorry, but yeah, it’s true.
We will not do arcade from next time, if this is the result of our hardwork, efforts and passion. Milestone criteria is too high and swags are too low & cheap, no use.
This is all result of “Legends” created by YouTube channels in less than two months with slogans of 84 skill badges in 4 days. This also result of 84 Pre-assessment skill badges. participants completed 70 to 60 skill badges in 1 to 4 days. All 84 skill badges has no value any more because skill badges can be achieved without skill . Google does not have a system in place to know who is skilled or who is doing copy and paste of solutions by YouTubers (most of them are Google facilitators) .we are seeing this refection in quality of “swags drops” I have given this feedback “n” of times in this community and . This season would have produced more Legends, Champions in the history of Arcade.
Please understand "Google Arcade 2025 season 2 " program itself at lowest quality of entire Arcade history. This is one way of making technical learners to write “Google certificates” to show their credibility. Its pure business strategy by Google. Whoever has money will win the race as latest skills learning require subscription with new Google skills platform.
Let’s be clear: The Google Cloud team isn’t doing us a favor by running the Arcade. We are investing hundreds of hours into learning their ecosystem, essentially becoming their potential customers, advocates, and certified experts. By providing low-quality, flimsy, or meaningless swags, the program is sending a message that our hard work is only worth the bare minimum.
Moving forward, the program should prioritize quality over quantity by offering fewer, higher-caliber items that people actually want to use. Google should consider a tiered reward system where high-effort participants can earn professional-grade gear or certification vouchers that carry actual career value. Additionally, opening a feedback loop or a community vote before selecting the season’s rewards would ensure the swags actually resonate with the people earning them. If Google wants us to invest our time in their cloud, they need to invest in rewards that reflect that same level of commitment.
This is my first time participating in the Arcade games, so I don’t have much context about swags from previous cohorts. With the increase in target points for each tier, I assumed the swag quality or variety might also scale up a bit.
I’ve reached the Novice tier this cohort and while it’s been a fun experience overall, I was slightly underwhelmed by the current swag options. I was hoping for something that would feel a bit more exciting for first-time participants and help keep the motivation high to aim for Champion or Legend tiers in future cohorts.
Literally disappointed for us novice and trooper . Sticker and batch are which type swags ? I follow Before many seasons but this wrist types swags can not seen … please mamm we expected at least a good swags but you play with our dedication time and work:sleepy_face:.

The worst swags ever dropped for novice and trooper tiers. I have participated in the Google cohort for the first time, but this gives me the signal to not participate in the upcoming cohorts, like these kinds of swags are literally a disrespect for all our hardwork which I did for completing the labs, assessments !! At least give something that we must really appreciate @Yugali
guys don’t forget the main motive the program is the beginners to learn not for the swags or nothing and the people who are telling that this is because of youtubers and there tutorials, that is the wish of the learns they all know that they are doing wrong and its just for swags and some people who done them already they don’t have time to do this kind of s*it, like me but i don’t have time to do cause i am about to complete my bachelors.so don’t blame any other’s even in some labs google is used to give the repo’s and connet’s to github. then what is your problem i don’t understand
