Hello @alpha_Algo ,

Thank you for contacting Google Cloud Community Support.

I understand that your account got suspended for allegedly sending automated queries or traffic to websites to artificially increase the traffic. Please correct me, if I misunderstood.

According to Google Cloud’s Suspension Policy :

  1. If Google becomes aware that Customer’s or any End User’s use of the Services violates the AUP, Google will notify Customer and request that Customer correct the violation. If Customer fails to correct the violation within 24 hours of Google’s request, then Google may Suspend all or part of Customer’s use of the Services until the violation is corrected.

  2. Google may immediately Suspend all or part of Customer’s use of the Services if (a) Google reasonably believes Suspension is needed to protect the Services, Google’s infrastructure supporting the Services, or any other customer of the Services (or their end users); (b) there is suspected unauthorized third-party access to the Services; (c) Google reasonably believes that immediate Suspension is required to comply with any applicable law; or (d) Customer is in breach of Section 3.3 (Restrictions) or the Service Specific Terms.

Google will lift any such Suspension when the circumstances giving rise to the Suspension have been resolved. At Customer’s request, Google will, unless prohibited by applicable law, notify Customer of the basis for the Suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.

The owner of a suspended project will receive a notification email from google-cloud-compliance@google.com with resources to appeal.

If a suspended Project resource has at least one owner, whether active or suspended, it is not considered orphaned and will not marked be for deletion. However, a Project resource that has been suspended for nine months will be marked for deletion even if it is not orphaned.

To recover a suspended project fix the issue and follow the link in the notification email or contact Google Support. To contact Google support, log in to your Google account. See the Policy Violations FAQ for more information on appeal best practices in case of a Project resource suspension.
