Abnormal outbound activity has resulted in the suspension of project

Your project is being suspended for violating our Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (including Terms of Service of the Google API you may be using) by performing intrusion attempts against a third party.

What actions are necessary on my end to remedy this? as quickly as feasible. Thank you
