Hi there,
We are trying to do something new with our Apps (new to us anyway). We are giving users 30 days (from date of deployment) to offer suggestions/request updates. After the 30 days, users will need to use our Support System to request changes. We are using the About to explain this and display the dates. We are putting our “Suggestion Box” view on the hamburger and will direct them to use it until the 30 day expiration date. All is working as planned, except for the Start with About? We use dashboards as our starting views, but would like the Start with About to work when the App is launched. We have turned on the Start with About, but it doesn’t seem to work. Anyone else have this issue/have a work around?

I have the same issue. Has anyone a solution?

“Start with about” only works when the user access the app for the very first time, if the user had already been using the app before you updated, they won’t see the about view.

My recommendation is for you to create an “ON BOARDING” view that explains what you need. It will be better for your purpose.
