So i’m testing an app for the company i work and the Email action button on the WebApp is not working properly. When i click the button bellow (Image 1) it opens a blank page with the following link:
mailto:[Email]?subject=%20&body=%20%20%0D%0A%0D%0A(powered%20by%20AppSheet.com)
Does anyone know how to fix this functionality?

It might be a problem related to your pc’s config.
Can you try using other one? Do you have an desktop email client or you just use web clients?
You’re right, it is the pc’s config. The email option is Google Chrome, since we’re using the gmail. When i change to the Windows Email app it works. But i would like to be able to use the web gmail. Do you know how to do it?
