Since a few days ago, we’ve noticed that stacked bar charts in older Looker Studio dashboards no longer display the percentage labels.
The issue only affects dashboards that were created some time ago. When we copy and paste the same charts into a new dashboard, the percentages display correctly again.
This means that something in Looker Studio’s recent updates may have broken percentage display functionality in older dashboards, while new ones continue to work as expected.
Steps to reproduce

Open an existing (older) Looker Studio dashboard that includes a stacked bar chart with percentage data labels enabled.

Observe that the percentages are no longer visible on the chart.

Copy the same chart and paste it into a new dashboard.

Observe that the percentages now display correctly in the new dashboard.
