I’m sorry you are running into this issue. I think you will need to contact Twilio Sendgrid for this question. It sounds like they had a legacy pricing package, but now are switching that to their most recent pricing. From what I can tell, this is all on the Twilio side. If it is something specific to a Google product, please specify which Google product you are buying the service through, and we can try to help you find the right team to answer your question.
