Setting up CCAI Platform to integrate sending SMS messages

Hi, i would like to use the CCAI platform to send SMS messages. I would like to integrate this into my PHP software. So far i have had quite the journey bouncing from one doc to the next and i feel like i am falling down a rabbit hole.

I have:

Set up up a gmail account and upgraded to paid gmail

Joined google cloud

Set up billing for google cloud and upgraded to paid account

Activated the CCAI platform plugin

Set up permissions

Here is where i am stuck. I have to create an instance of the CCAI platform but i cannot do without first setting up a quota and i dont have permission to do so (i am owner of the project). I also do not have a team so it was recommended that i start a support ticket and ask for support to assign me a quota for CCAI. However, i only have basic support and that does not allow me to start a support ticket. The standard support plan is $29 a month and i will not pay $29 a month just to text the integration on my software.

So i am stuck, i dont know how to assign me the role to start a support ticket or get started with CCAI API

Help please i am so lost at the moment. :slight_smile:

Update: AI has provided some links so i will read though those. But i must say that i think your documentation for the CCAI platform is lacking some of the essencials needed. It should list that you need a paid gmail account, paid google cloud, and paid support in order to set up CCAI platform and this is on top of any fees for traffic. If i had known that up front i would have gone a different route for SMS and not wasted my time with the setup in the first place. I am a single developer and i dont agree that i would need to pay all these fees just to test out and integrate this service into my software. But it is what it is. Have a good day :slight_smile:
