Hello Respected Friends and Community Members,
I am writing to seek guidance on the process of becoming a Google Developer Expert (GDE). I am very passionate about Google technologies and am eager to contribute more actively to the developer community.
To help me understand the path forward, I would be grateful if you could share your insights on the following questions:
- Core Requirements: What are the key qualifications, technical skills, and level of experience that are typically expected of a GDE candidate?
- Community Contributions: What types of community contributions are most impactful for a GDE application? (e.g., speaking at conferences, writing technical articles/blogs, creating popular YouTube tutorials, contributing to open-source projects, mentoring other developers, etc.)
- The Journey: For any current GDEs, could you share your personal journey? What steps did you take, and what advice would you give to someone who is just starting on this path?
- Nomination Process: How does the nomination process work? Are there specific steps I should take to get recognized by the community and potentially nominated?
Any advice, resources, or personal experiences you can share would be incredibly valuable.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
. BHAVIKKUMAR Patel
