Hello Community,
We have been a Google Workspace and Google Cloud Partner for the past 17 years and currently manage over 1,000+ active customers.
Recently, we have been facing a serious challenge — we are not receiving any support or response from PSD, and we currently do not have an assigned Partner Advisor. This has made it very difficult for us to resolve ongoing issues and support our customers effectively.
We truly value our partnership with Google and want to continue growing within the ecosystem, but at this point, we are unsure about the correct escalation path or alternative support channels available to us.
Could anyone in the community please guide us on:

How to escalate issues when PSD is unresponsive

How to get a Partner Advisor assigned (or reassigned)

Any official support or contact channels we may be missing
