Last month, I subscribed to an annual AppSheet Core plan with four user licenses. However, there is now a mismatch between the number of user licenses and my usage history, so my app is blocked.
What will happen to my account and subscription if I revert my app to prototype, make a copy, and deploy it?
Will the licenses I purchased last month disappear?
Please, can anyone answer my question? I don’t know how to reach the support staff.
First, unless AppSheet has changed practices, App Creators usually receive warnings well in advance before an app is blocked. Did you receive such warnings?
The licenses you purchase are PER ACCOUNT. Each license allows a user access to any number of apps under that account for that month. So, you should NOT lose licenses. However, because licenses are per account, I believe ALL deployed apps would be blocked.
