I have been thinking that in this community or wherever place we should have the place we can hear the “official announcement”
Otherwise we cannot be sure that we are doing well or not
Current situation in japan, the server issue must be occuering, however the only source to know is the community which Users possibly be able to share the circumstance
When the issue would be solved we will not get any official announcement
I’m currently handling issues for 100+ clients, and many of them are calling continuously regarding the outage. There has been no official announcement about the downtime or any confirmed timeline for when the issue will be resolved. This is very tough sitaution for me.
Since Google acquired AppSheet years ago, communication has declined. They used to acknowledge outages, but not any more. Everyone using AppSheet for mission-critical work really should be looking at alternatives.
