When there is an outage like this, someone from Google should be providing an update every 15/30 minutes

Regular updates should be provided, even if just to say people are still experiencing problems. Last pot on here from Google says a fix was rolled out, but clearly many are still experiencing problems.

Not good enough Google.

@all, the engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. We are closely monitoring this thread and will provide an update here as soon as more information is available.

Appsheet/Google should be having a banner at teh top of the community forum with a visible update on such outages. Users, community members, should not have to go searching to find an update, hoping that the one they land on is the latest one.

Every business has good days and bad days, and customers won’t remember the problem itself, but how it was handled, and how it was communicated.
