Recurring charges deduction status (success/fail) notification for prepaid customer over webhooks

Hey Guys,

Currently, I am creating the design document for a new project where I am planning to use Apigee but unfortunately, Apigee is not installed yet so I need some Apgee experts to validate the below scenario and the suggested solution and let me know if it Is visible or not.

I have a subscribed customer with a prepaid subscription and I need to notify the backend through webhooks when the recurring charges deduction has been succeeded or failed.

So I think the below solution will work but I am not sure till I install the Apige and develop POC to make sure.

  1. Go to the Apigee Edge management console.
  2. Navigate to Monetization > Notifications.
  3. Add a new notification and select the relevant event types (e.g., recurring charge success/failure).
  4. Provide the URL of your webhook endpoint (e.g., https://my-backend-url.com/webhook-api).
  5. Save the notification settings.

Looking for Apigee SME/Exprts support.
