How do you send renewal notifications to end users of APIGEE Edge on the private cloud, when their subscription is renewed?

The end users here are the developers; we provide all APIGEE Edge subscription types in our solution but for this functionality, we focus on fixed rate and tiered subscriptions.

Let me give you more clarity about what exactly we need for our product which uses APIGEE Edge on a private cloud:

  1. How do we get the trigger or callback to our backend systems on subscription renewal success or failure for all subscriptions or each subscription?
  2. Is there any way to get a callback or trigger about the quota consumption for each subscribed product?
  3. How to get a callback or trigger for a developer with a low balance?
