I have a paid billing account, with paid usage and gen AI startup credits.
Enabled all Claude models with permissions, but their quota limits are set to 0 and i cant change them.
all 4.x models including haiku, sonnet and opus are locked.
Have tried contacting the sales team too they weren’t able to help they asked me to file a support case, but you need a paid account to create a case.
