Can anyone guide me how to capture datetime from the App on a column datatype = DateTime?

I want to capture the current date and time but TIME should be 24 hour format with out capturing seconds.

Please let me know

Is there any other way to directly add 17:30 as time ? As of now I’m giving 05:30 PM and the App is automatically converting the time to 17:30. Can I directly give the 24 hour time format to save.

Please let me know
