My prototype app is blocked because more than 10 users opened it.
I reduced users to 1 and selected “Personal use only,” but the app is still blocked.
Copy app is also blocked.
Please reset the user count and unblock my app.

Once a prototype app in AppSheet exceeds the 10-user limit, the restriction is permanent for that app unless it’s upgraded to a paid plan. Reducing users afterward or marking it as “Personal use” won’t reset the counter. The only options are to upgrade the app to a suitable subscription tier in the AppSheet account settings, or create a brand-new app and keep usage under the prototype limits. Copying the blocked app will also carry over its status, so start fresh if you need a free prototype.
