I have a Business Standard account for 3 users (6 TB of total storage), but it only shows 307.2 GB shared. Last week it said I had 600 GB (which is still wrong) and now it has dropped to 300 GB. Everywhere it tells me that it is an administration error, can someone please help me?
Check your Google Workspace Admin console for storage settings and quotas. If the issue persists, reach out to Google Support for assistance.
Same issue, can’t figure out why I only have exactly 307.2 GB, im supposed to have 6TB
